In this Senior Consultant, Talent Planning you will:

  • Drive talent plans and organisational design
  • Partner closely with the talent team to enable an integrated approach to talent management, driven by data, insights, and analytics.
  • Lead the talent management plans and processes at each business unit level
  • Provide coaching, advice, and guidance to senior leaders on all elements of the talent management life cycle
  • Identify and providing guidance on the delivery of strategic workforce planning
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition teams on the creation of talent pools and pipelines
  • Play a key role in bringing to life the talent elements of the Colleague Strategy

What you will bring:

  • Experience in developing and delivering enterprise level talent management, strategic workforce planning and organisational design strategies
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in high level execution and delivery
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management to Executive level
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in talent management or related field
  • Tertiary qualified in human resources or a related field (post graduate qualification is advantageous)
