In this Senior Consultant, Talent Planning you will:
- Drive talent plans and organisational design
- Partner closely with the talent team to enable an integrated approach to talent management, driven by data, insights, and analytics.
- Lead the talent management plans and processes at each business unit level
- Provide coaching, advice, and guidance to senior leaders on all elements of the talent management life cycle
- Identify and providing guidance on the delivery of strategic workforce planning
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition teams on the creation of talent pools and pipelines
- Play a key role in bringing to life the talent elements of the Colleague Strategy
What you will bring:
- Experience in developing and delivering enterprise level talent management, strategic workforce planning and organisational design strategies
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in high level execution and delivery
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management to Executive level
- Demonstrated thought leadership in talent management or related field
- Tertiary qualified in human resources or a related field (post graduate qualification is advantageous)
