We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join our Enterprise Operations team. This role will be accountable for effective execution of NAB’s Contingent Collections and Debt Sale Strategy and ensuring customer service levels across NAB Assist business units with strong commercial outcomes. The role has enterprise accountability from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the setup and management of the unsecured vendor panel and drive vendor portfolio performance whilst ensuring collection strategy is compliant with regulatory guidelines.
- Leading a range of diverse functions with varying complexity of work, ensuring quality and timeliness of work for customers and colleagues, improving risk profile while achieving commercial outcomes.
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to customers which managing brand and reputation risk effectively whilst ensuring commerciality.
What you will bring:
- Advanced and confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and customers.
- Proven management abilities and to lead, coach people to achieve successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Strong negotiation skills and able to drive superior pricing outcomes
- A Tertiary Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or similar
- Professional experience Debt Recoveries or banking/finance related disciplines
