NAB Health:

NAB Health is a specialised banking business created to provide comprehensive financial solutions to approximately 26,000 customers within the healthcare sector. NAB Health was launched in April 2007 and was driven by growth in healthcare spending and the lack of specialised financial services and advice for the healthcare industry. We specialise in servicing the healthcare industry in Australia in both the public and private sector – ranging from dentistry, aged care, pharmacy, right through to private medical specialists and veterinary practices.

As a Senior Health Banking Manager, you will

  • Manage and grow a direct broker portfolio of broker customers specialising in pharmacy lending
  • Proactively manage customer relationships and meet their needs by providing fully integrated financial service solutions through the most cost effective and appropriate channels
  • Own the day-to-day customer experience, compliance and transactional requirement
  • Educating customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
  • Proactively calling on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities; and implementing initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
  • Working with customers on their proposed annual business plans; and preparing and submitting customer lending proposals
  • Work collaboratively within your local team and contribute to team culture and initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Business Banker or Senior Relationship Manager within the Banking Sector
  • Proven broker and pharmacy lending experience ideally across a range of areas such as Dental, GP, and Radiology
  • A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships
  • Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials
  • A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours
  • A genuine passion for customer service and exceptional organisation and communication skills
