Support the management of all end-to-end activities relating to the NAB’s top 400 executives' remuneration structures.

  • Actively participate as a squad member in the annual end of year performance and reward review.
  • Undertake activities to support Executive Reward in the delivery of the Colleague Strategy.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement.

In this Consultant role, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with the management to remuneration structures / decisions for executives in specified roles globally through day to day activities.
  • Support the development and design of appropriate, market aligned executive remuneration frameworks, incentive arrangements.
  • Support all regulatory reporting and disclosures
  • Support all executive reward and reward governance projects and initiatives
  • Proactively stay abreast to all applicable regulatory requirements across NAB’s jurisdictions
  • Support all required annual compliance and policy reviews, ensuring all regulatory updates and changes are reflected in NAB’s policies and practices
  • Participate in all NAB executive remuneration survey submissions and provide insights into impact and consideration for NAB executives.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls to successfully deliver on all executive reward arrangements.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in the participation of large annual cyclical reward activities i.e. performance management, remuneration reviews etc.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and project management skills with a solution driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in broad based reward and executive reward management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple issues and stakeholders, while working in a dynamic, cross functional and collaborative team environment.
  • Understanding of financial services regulatory requirements and experience with dealing the development of public disclosure reports i.e. Remuneration Report, Pillar 3.
