As a Senior Associate within Corporate and Institutional Banking Finance division, you will support the CIB Head of Finance Enablement and Change in executing against their key priorities data and analytics/finance digitalisation agenda. The main objective of this role is to bring data together, cleanse & publish it on one platform that can be accessed by FPs and business heads.

In this Senior Associate role, you will
- Be an experienced data analyst specialising in visualisation and self service.
- Design and curate executive dashboards and support decision quality through data self-service.
- Design data models to support data visualisation.
- Produce user friendly, dynamic dashboards and graphics tailored to internal stakeholder requirements.
- Increase sophistication in the way we use data to uncover business value and accelerate decision support for both Finance and their internal customers.
What you’ll bring
- Excels in a dynamic environment and can successfully multi-task.
- High quality experience in data visualisation – Power BI and Dax knowledge, proficiency in Python. SQL and UI/UX.
- Sound numerical, financial analysis and modelling skills.
- A proven history of designing and running data driven experiments.
- Ability to deploy tools, learning and approaches for delivery of practical and realised business value.
- Degree qualified ideally having a major in IT / Data Analytics. CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent) an advantage.
- Profound years’ experience in data, performance reporting or finance change projects.
