In this Associate Director, Communications role, you will  

• Lead the implementation of media strategies that support NAB’s Personal Bank’s ambition
• Create compelling media materials that engage and make the business of banking accessible
• Develop strong relationships with the Personal Bank team to find the storytelling opportunities and proactively manage issues
• Help drive business decisions that will build trust and drive change for the benefit of customers, communities and NAB.

What you'll bring 

• Experience in Communications/Media and Public Relations developed over 8+ years (tertiary qualifications in Communications or related field preferred).
• Media and public relations experience including the development and execution of campaigns and activities that achieve positive media coverage and engagement.
• Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor who influences outcomes with senior to mid-tier executives/stakeholders and/or mitigates issues to achieve communications objectives.
