The Bathurst branch is a large and busy branch with a large small business customer footprint. In this branch you'll meet a range of customers to support with everyday banking needs, digital technology support, ATM's, small business customers and local retailers.

  • Team of 4 close knit and highly engaged, customer obsessed banking colleagues
  • Enjoy team-based goal setting and connection, including social events for team building
  • Work with diverse customers across a whole range of banking needs

In this casual relief role, you will

  • Be positioned at the counter or the front of the branch, assisting with everything from simple applications to more complex enquiries.
  • Need to be flexible and accommodating to meet each customers’ needs as every interaction is an opportunity to learn and grow and will make a difference in building strong customer relationships.
