In this Domain Process Analyst role, you will
- Facilitate process mapping workshops to understand clients and colleague needs and current pain-points
- Model processes to BPMN standards within Signavio system and facilitate business process owners sign-off
- Act as interface with divisional risk team, obligation managers, and process owners to ensure all processes have been linked to the required controls, obligations and risks
- Design and document exception management caused by non-straight through processing
- Analyse capacity impact to Operations where required
- Contribute to business impact assessment and relevant change management activities to embed changes in business including training and hypercare
- Work across squads, being a facilitator across Product Owners, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts and Client Services teams to ensure future state processes meet client needs and automated to simplify colleague processes.
- Deliver to-be processes that will contribute and drive business requirements for the system/platform design and development
What you will bring
- 3-5 years of experience in process mapping, business analyst capability or ideally in continuous improvement or process re-engineering
- Experience working within the Financial Services industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders including executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills so all impacts and potential options are considered when designing future-state experience.
- Ability to multi-task across different sub-domains, work autonomously and have strong attention to detail
- Be a highly collaborative team player
- Broking and/or Wealth Management business knowledge desirable
