In this Senior Consultant, Business Release Communications role, you will
- Develop and implement tailored strategic communications plans that uplift awareness, create engagement and drive measurable change outcomes across a variety of channels.
- Work in collaboration with colleagues across the wider Business and Private Banking business unit and organisation to ensure consistent alignment of NAB’s messaging and communications activity.
- Be accountable for event planning and delivery of regular Business Lending Transformation showcases, townhalls and more.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders to influence consistent messaging and behaviours throughout the domain, this includes Executive and senior leadership engagement.
- Use appropriate data and metrics to measure efficacy and leverage opportunities for continuous improvement and general optimisation.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrable experience (5+ years) within Communications
- Marketing, content creation and events/facilitation experience highly regarded.
- Outstanding communication both written and verbal, can confidently tailor their communication for different contexts and audiences with a strong control of tone and style.
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills, is relationship led and can confidently communicate with influence to negotiate, engage and leverage key stakeholders and partners
- A self-starter attitude, able to seek, identify and leverage opportunities to proactively source, shape and execute initiatives.
