In this Manager, Records Destruction & Service Optimisation role, you will:

  • Actively manage destruction of physical documents held at third-party vendors.
  • Support business and technology teams to purge internal digital records that have exceeded their retention schedule.
  • Provide specialist advice to internal stakeholders in relation to retention policy and remediation strategies.
  • Support the delivery of optimisation initiatives to reduce cost, reduce risk, improve service levels.

What you’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience in Information and/or Records Management Governance and Policy.
  • First and/or second line risk management experience is highly valued.
  • Proven Program Management experience and expertise in consulting and advice services relating to records and information standards, processes, and remediation.
  • Proven ability implementing frameworks, policies, processes, tools, controls to improve records governance.
  • Excellent communications skills with proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
