In this Senior Consultant, Enterprise Capability role, you will:
- Lead learning initiatives that benefit the bank, such as professional development, leadership, transformation, and learning technology-related solutions.
- Driving quality and world-class learning practices across the bank
- Providing learning related advice to embedded capability teams across NAB
- Advocating for and executing key areas of NAB’s Global Learning Strategy and Colleague Strategy
- Collaborating with the broader People & Culture team to ensure alignment across core HR initiatives
What you’ll bring:
- Learning and Development specialist, skilled in all stages of the development lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience leading mid to large-scale learning initiatives, with a proven ability to execute against desired objectives.
- Skilled in Project Delivery, with the ability to set objectives, develop and manage project plans, manage risks and evaluate success
- Demonstrated experience in contemporary learning approaches and systems thinking.
- Adept in Stakeholder management, able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understand stakeholder needs, and manage expectations
- Able to work with ambiguity across shifting priorities, and delivering value iteratively
- Experience in supporting large-scale organisational transformations with learning and change interventions. Experience supporting agile ways of working org change is highly desirable
