In this Senior Domain Business Analyst role, you will
- Lead the elaboration of requirements, participating in agile ceremonies to support the development of strategic onboarding and financial crime projects
- Drive and manage the business needs and convert them into requirements to deliver future state strategic changes, this includes gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
- Focusing on delivering artefacts documenting clients, colleagues’ functional requirements, break down from epics to features and user stories
- Supporting the work with technology to progress requirements to detailed solution design build and testing phases
- Act as an interface between Business, Technology and platform Vendors to ensure that needs are met
- Contribute to squad deliverables/artefacts based on Product Owner or Delivery Lead/PM’s prioritisation
- Align with delivery lifecycles including the design of journey maps, process maps and business change implementation artefacts including training materials and communication
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 10 years experience defining requirements for customer onboarding domains
- Minimum 10 years experience working in complex environments, as a BA working in onboarding and financial crime domains
- Understanding and experience working in implementing AML CTF Outcomes.
- Experience working in complex environments, as a BA working in onboarding and financial crime domains
- Strong analysis skills and experience in business requirement documentation
- A background Private Wealth & Wealth Management ideally
- A proven background in the Financial Services space
- The ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions in line with time sensitive deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Exposure to customer experience, customer journey design and documentation is preferred
