In this role
You’ll join the team on the 14th January 2025 where we’ll provide you with all the training you need to hit the ground running. Sitting within our Docklands inbound contact centre, you’ll engage with customers by phone to create a positive and memorable experience for every customer by delivering exceptional customer service.
Amongst other things, you’ll provide customers with information about home lending products, helping them to understand the market comparisons and understand how to get the best rates and products to suit their circumstances. Keeping the customer at front of mind at all times, you will also proactively find solutions to address our customers’ needs swiftly and efficiently, while you deliver personal, easy, and effortless digital experiences for our customers.

To us, it does not matter if you don’t have banking/home loan experience, the most important thing for us that is you’re customer obsessed and always put them first. You shine in your ability to prioritise their needs and genuinely enjoy engaging with people in meaningful ways. With a curious mindset, you ask questions that dig deeper, bringing clarity and uncovering what our customers truly needs.
You love being results oriented and can help drive outcomes for customer, supporting them to solve their home lending needs in one call, and are comfortable and skilled at navigating multiple webpages and systems. People describe you as a quick learner, someone who is dedicated, passionate and looking to build a career with the team at NAB.
Before you apply it's important to note that these are full time, permanent positions with us so you must be available to work these hours. If you are selected to move through the recruitment process with us, you'll need to be available to attend one of the below assessment centres (in person) that will take place at our Docklands office on the following dates.
