In this Consultant role, you will:
- Be the primary support for our Heartbeat (employee engagement survey) and other listening activities, by managing and responding to survey enquiries.
- Support the evolution of the NAB listening strategy expanding its frequency.
- Support the project management of enterprise and/or divisional culture projects.
- Support the design and delivery of enterprise and/or divisional culture initiatives.
- Support engagement and culture reporting and the execution of strategic culture initiatives.
What you will bring:
- Strong track record of project management. Experience with survey administration will be highly advantageous.
- Experience with reporting, data & analytics and generating insights/key findings.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder management.
- A background in psychology or in a related field is preferred.
