The NAB home lending team are on an exciting journey and looking for a motivated and driven Lead to join our team and help build our pool of future dream makers!
Your expertise and experience in Home Lending will be crucial in helping us to maintain a high standard of service for our customers and fosterling long term client and stakeholder relationships.
In this Lead Home Lending Associate role, you will:
- Be customer-centric- You’ll be a key member of our home lending team, guiding, and mentoring a group of associates whilst providing top tier support to our clients, through the mortgage process with personalized advice and support.
- Be mobile- Enjoy the freedom to work mobile for 3 days of the week, with 2 days to be worked at your nearest branch or head office for important team networking.
- Bring innovative solutions-Leverage NAB’s cutting-edge technology and products to provide clients with seamless, efficient, and innovative lending solutions.
- Build relationships- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, agents, brokers, stakeholders, and your team members to help expand your network and drive our business growth.
- Be Results-Oriented - Achieve and exceed sales targets by staying updated with industry trends, regulatory changes and lending products.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in home lending with an in depth understanding of the market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A desire to lead and support a team whilst being able to successfully work independently.
- A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
- Tech-savvy expertise, with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
