In this role, you will:  

• Originate business lending and paired lending applications exclusively for premium broker-introduced customers in Darwin

• Generate revenue through discovery and execution of lending and non-lending needs of the customer 

• Identify and promote the bank’s products and services exclusively to broker-introduced customers 

• Undertake Weekly proactive visits and calls to your broker network including face-to-face meetings to build broker relationships and support business development 

• Create Broker loyalty through delivery of exceptional service to broker and customer 

• Hold and apply a credit approval authority to analyse, prepare and assess lending applications

• Commercial acumen and experience in business lending (may include term/mortgage loan or asset-based finance) 

• Strong track record of meeting sales targets in all economic cycles (a passion for people and business development) 

• Adept at working with customers to uncover their needs and deliver appropriate solutions 

• Superb time management and feels at ease delivering to high demand
